The Fresh Careers Fair 2018 event was held at the London Kia Oval (cricket ground) on 8th of March 2018 from 9.30am to 15.00pm. Thirty-two students from the college attended the event with Mrs Pratika Teyssedou, Mr Imran Bilal and Miss Preya Oukabay.
The event helped our graduate or soon to be graduate students to explore future careers options in the horticulture and agriculture section of the production, foodservice, retail, culinary and wholesale sectors. It was a rewarding experience for our students as it gave them a chance to come face-to-face and network with companies and employers in the UK and international retail, wholesale, foodservice, catering among many other sectors, related to fresh produce. They also had the opportunity to tingle their taste buds as lots of exhibitors were sampling their products.
