I’ve been part of the Admissions team at Mont Rose College for 5 years now. I love working for such a mission-driven higher education organisation. During my time here I have gained experience in the admission process of student applications and as we are working in partnership with Bucks New University I also deal with our Uni students’ applications. I have been working as an Admissions officer for over two years. I thoroughly enjoy my work as it gives me an opportunity to develop interaction with students by helping and advising the correct pathways for their higher education needs. Working as part of the Admissions Team at Mont Rose College, we help potential students start their journey to success and assist them along the way. Having previously worked within the Higher Education Sector for 6 years in leadership, I joined MRC in January 2023. I am passionate about my role within MRC as I believe that all human beings have potential. With the quality services and education received at MRC and belief in MRC’s Values and Mission, we can change lives.

During my education, I have been awarded several awards, such as Top Achievers awards, Outstanding Accomplishments awards, and The Jack Petchey award for my contributions.

I started working at Mont Rose College in 2014. During my time at MRC, I have worked
in different Departments and enhanced my experience. Joining the Admissions team more than 7 years ago has made my life in Mont Rose College worthwhile as this position is challenging and rewarding at the same time. Talking to hundreds of potential students and guiding them on their path towards their future is a great feeling. I just love my job.

Student Recruitment Officer

As a Student Recruitment Officer at Mont Rose College I am in charge of drawing in and assisting potential students with the admissions process. My responsibilities include interacting with prospective students and giving them comprehensive information about the college’s offerings. I oversee partnerships with education agents and work closely with them to guarantee a consistent stream of student applications in addition to directly engaging students. I oversee communication initiatives and respond to questions. My goal at Mont Rose College is to assist students in making well-informed decisions on their academic paths.

Iftakhar Ahmad

Deputy Admissions Manager

As a deputy admissions manager at Mont Rose College, I am dedicated to my role and profession in the highest regard. I have been working in the education sector for 13 years, firstly in the Further Education Sector and now in the Higher Education sector. Both come with challenges, but I am happy to use my customer service experience in these fields.

Previously, I have worked in the banking, retail, and facilities management sectors.  Having only been here a short period, joining at the beginning of July 2023, I feel I have learned a lot, seen a lot, and enjoyed a lot.
